Perfect bed for kids. Would not recommend adults using top bunk. Lower bunk seems more sturdy. Was expecting it to be wobbly but was not. Absolutely love!!the price. So worth it.
Quality of the bed is good. The Allen key they provide is totally inadequate!! Too small and hurts the hand while tightening the screws. Need a longer shaft with a t-handle to get the job done. Also be careful not to mix the long screws up. One is thicker. Definitely need strong help to assemble. Otherwise sturdy and good value
The bed had a ton of pieces to put together so be sure to lay everything out ahead of time. We discovered we didnt have the sides of the drawers so we contacted the seller and they were quick to send us the pieces， although we got 2 whole drawers so we have a bunch of wood to figure out how to repurpose. The wood is solid and sturdy. We had no pieces broken or chipped. Beautiful bed! The kids love!!it so much. Im very happy with the purchase and happy the company had good communication and prompt service with fixing the issues when we were missing pieces.
It did not come with any instructions， and get ahold of someone for help is pretty difficult. Wouldve paid more just for the easy access to customer service if Id known it wouldve been this difficult.
The product is good for the value. The bed and adjacent stairs are very sturdy. The bottom of the drawer is the flimsiest of the product and is not built on a track (which is actually a positive; less assembling， and one less thing that can malfunction later). The instructions are average at best. Towards the end and especially with drawer assembly， you must heavily rely on the pictures. One opportunity for improvement for the company is to include adhesive non-skid strips for the stairs and to indicate direction of parts (i.e. facing stairs， or facing outward vs inward) either on the piece or in the directions. Also， avoid printing on the pieces， only on the wooden ends， as with most of the parts. Another good idea would be to provide backing similar to the under stair storage， to go under the top bunk to cover the rails/rungs. A sturdier drawer bottom would be better. Overall， very happy with the product! Pro tip: This project is exorbitantly easier to assemble with a drill! I could not imagine doing without. Invest in one， if you can!
The bed was fairly easy to put together but boards came with nicks， gouges and scratches， and a couple actually split when the screws were put in. Seems sturdy enough but was disappointed in the quality of the materials. For the price it should have been free of defects and boards should not have split. The trundle bed front is not as sturdy as it should be either. Need to be careful when pulling out on a carpeted floor.
Its a cute bed for my girls. I put a 6 inch mattress with it abs there plenty of room for them I also painted part of it to match the room. It fit perfect with my room color scheme. Not sure if Im gunna do the trundle pet right away but love!!that the option there
I wound up purchasing two of these for my grandkids. One two twins and a full size and the other two twins. . They love!!them. Instant forts and castles. I mistakenly had one delivered to my home address. I realized the mistake right away but was not able to change the shipping so I ordered another. I returned the third bed as directed but， never saw the money returned.
So far so good. Boys are loving it. They were so excited when we put it together they tried to put the mattresses on themselves. Assembly was straight forward. Took 4 adults a little over an hour to assemble. Dont need that many people but we were racing against the short windows of nap time of a 1-year old. Ive tightened the hex screws a couple of times already so Ill probably look to glue some of the repeat offenders. Considering getting a second one for the other bedroom so both kids can have friends sleep over.

Kids love it! Took two engineers to put together.
Definitely add the extra rollers to the trundle. No track underneath， so trundle is kind of wild， but we would buy this again.
