I spent around $300.00 for this bed and its done the trick. It was easy to assemble for all the parts that were included although the instructions could have been a bit more thorough in some parts, particularly using the spacer to space where you place the boards. It was a great value for my money. Its for my kids so I expect theyll tear it back. They climb all over it and forget its actually a bed. The sturdiness is insane. I remember my metal bunk bed as a kid and how it swayed back and forth insanely when we just climbed to the top using the ladder. This has not budged, not even a little.
My daughter loves the finished product but boy was this a PAIN to put together. Please trust all of the reviews that say it is 100% a two person job. It came in a million pieces and screwing all of the parts together was extremely tedious. Will add some photos soon.
This is a really great bunk bed,super sturdy, easy to assemble with the manual, I actually built the entire bed alone, it took about 4 hours. My kids love it.
Wish i could put 5 stars. Because is worth it. But unfortunately the way my bunkbed was delivered was awful. The head board for my queen bed is broken. The legs for both of them are broken. I was unable to put together due to being scare if it fall on my son bottom bed. I had to put the apart.
It holds up to its description. Sturdy, Solid, easy to assemble and ease of putting together.
My only complaint is the delivery because it was holes to the box but it was packaged solid so no damage to the wood.
This is a great buy but having a fully charged drill and patience are paramount. The bed is solid once built but it is definitely a 2-person project. Took me and my wife some 2-3 hours to build as there are SEVERAL parts and the manual is very detailed. Once assembled, its very easily to bunk and unbunk the beds.
I loathed the building process but the final product made it well worth it.
