Love the look, and height of this bed! Its perfect for my 3 year old to get up and down off of. I am bummed the bed came with flaws that are on the front side so they are really obvious.
My husband I put this together for our 6yo and 3yo. The instructions are not very clear, there are no descriptions for the steps, and were pretty certain the hardware labeled for the ladder was incorrect (we ended up having to buy more bolts). The plastic foot of the middle support leg fell right out and couldnt be reattached. But otherwise, the quality of the wood seems good, the pieces were intact, and the assembled bed seems sturdy and safe.
I was really surprised at the quality of the wood and the finish when the bed arrived. Parts were packed very carefully and labelled well. I wish the drawer was actually attached as every time we move the bed to make it, the drawer clanks against the legs and moves out of position. That is the only thing I would change!

Have had it for a few months and have no complaints. holds a good amount of weight (the mattresses are pretty heavy) Ive even been on the top bunk with my son (he weighs 40 lbs and i weigh 135 lbs to give an estimate) The side bar on the top bunk comes up nice and high. ( we have 8 mattresses even though the suggest 6 and there is still plenty of room. I would highly recommend and so happy we purchased this!
You need lots of room and patience to put this puppy together. Be sure you understand the metric system and dont lose any screwsthey do not give extras!
Its hard to assemble a lot of pieces that couldve been more simple youll have to buy new slates they sell them at ikea I hope the bunk bed doesnt get moldy as well it would suck seeing that the bunk bed is now 668 when I spent 800 a month ago ?? also its 578 at bed bath beyond way cheaper with better customer service probably too

I bought this bunk bed for my granddaughters, I was very impressed. Very solid and sturdy. It took about an hour to assemble.
