Intended to accommodate our young kids! Heavy shipment of several boxes arrived quickly. Easy to install with two people. Arrived with small wood chip on two pieces - so we just installed those two pieces on rear side facing the wall. The bed looks very nice set up! Very heavy structure and no worries of it tilting over. Cordless screw gun a must. We purchased the recommend mattress and they are super comfy! We totally recommend this tri-bed. Recently our 26yr old came to visit, he slept in the lower bunk and said it was very comfortable!!!
The bottom wood rails (See image) are mislabeled. Both are H parts list and it should be an I and an H. Not knowing which correct H to use will make you disassemble the bottom bunkbed later.
Also, a pick tool (See image) may be needed to clear out wood debris from manufacturer-cuts or else screws won't go in. Having a mallet also wouldn't hurt too.
And finally, be careful if using power tools. It can damage/crack the wood as you're tighten the long screws. A Milwaukee Surge (fluid drive) may be best. It's more gentle than regular drivers.
DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT USE an impact driver. That will damage the wood!!!
A second helper is needed to build some sections. Instructions are really good, but a helper will make the process smoother.
We were quite impressed by how clearly laid out the parts were for assembly. Well thought out and clearly labeled, but it did take quite some time. We were quite disappointed that gently removing the stickers labeling the parts resulted in scratching the surface varnish in most spots. A careful rub of the fingernail should not cause damage on a product designed for kids. Weve had the bed for months now, and weve had to tighten the screws several times, as the entire structure gets wobbly. Our oldest is not even 50 lbs and weve had to require that he move very gently on the top bunk. One of the support slats of the top bed broke, and we had to find a replacement. This will not likely hold up for long term use, as we were hoping.
Pieces of the wood came already splintered and broken. This picture shows one piece after being put together. I dont know that I trust it to be safe for my children as this board in particular is on the top bunk. I would return but how do you even go about returning a bunk bed once its open.
The parts for this do not assemble correctly. There were not holes in the places there should have been to put the screws through for a lot of areas. That was my biggest issue with it

Great bunkbed, but with one mislabeled part.

Grrreat buy!
The overall product is awesome! It did take a little while and a pretty good size room to assemble.
Came broken

Issues with screws
One of the holes was not drilled right so the screw and nut thats suppose to help and lock the side rails was not able to be put in place.
