I love it. Although i had troubke with delivery everything came undamaged and in great condition. The assembly is uh difficult def need two people to get it done. Also the wooden plugs can break if not properly placed I would suggest sending extra parts as a just in case option. Other than that my girls love it and so do I.
I purchased the white triple bunk bed. For the cost it is great. I did accidentally assemble the beds out of order, easily remedied. If you're building the triple read those instructions. Easy to follow. Built the entire thing in less than 3 hours. After time the bolts get a tad loose on the ladders. The support beams for the mattresses are unfinished wood and they have sharp edges. I've woken up and cut my leg and hand hitting them accidentally forgetting I'm in my kids room. So watch out. I think I'll add some white paneling to better protect their little heads and support the mattresses underneath. so four panels, if that makes sense. It fits perfectly in a space where a normal twin bed was. Don't use foam mattresses they sink through the slats if you weigh more than a little kid. I am happy with my purchase.
Absolutely perfect! The slates for the top bunk are upright and not flat when installed , I got a 5 in memory foam matress for the top . Fits perfectly
I got this bed last year for my sons and it has been amazing. I ordered another one for my girls and it sucks! More than half of the pieces are missing chunks. I regret not opening it sooner.
It's a great bed my kids and I love it but I gave it a 3 because I ordered it in black and I got a white one I needed it asap do I didnt bother to return it. It took almost 3 weeks to get it and I didnt have the time to wait for another one.
This is a decent bed, its low and fairly solid.
But you need to be very experienced in assembling stuff. This one does take a long time and an easily overlooked error costs hours.
Very difficult to align some screws with thread inserts
Love the product. However it came defective! Holes on one side were drilled wrong. So had to fix that , but was able to hide the defect. I didnt feel like boxing it up and waiting another three weeks for another set. After all the time put in it
I received 2 different colors! I tried everything to contact customer service so im stuck with white on top brown in middle and white on bottom! Went together easy enough. My girls where happy to have beds to sleep in. Just frustrating!
