I was missing the o screws that attached the rails for the drawer to slide on. Normally, I'd take a star or two from the review because it was really annoying to not have all the parts you need. However, I contacted 's customer service and they were beyond wonderful. They offered multiple solutions and communication was top notch. So, was it annoying to not have the parts needed? Of course! But in the end, I love the piece and was very happy with the customer service. Mistakes happen, I think they still deserve 5 stars.
Well made and heavy piece. Exactly as described and pictured. Drawer was surprisingly sturdy and useful. Basic picture instructions, if you have assembled pre fab furniture before should be no problem. Take your time and dont over tighten. Took just under two hours. Need two people for a few steps.
I bought this cabinet for extra storage in my kitchen. My son and I assembled it in about 3 hours. The drawer front was defective in the way the holes were drilled for attachment to the sides. I emailed the company, they responded promptly and provided a new drawer front within several days. Excellent customer service. The cabinet and shelving are sturdy and provided so much more space than I expected. The product and customer service exceeded expectations. Just wish the assembly instructions were more detailed.
This cabinet has tremendous storage space. Purchased for a lake bathroom without a closet and very little under the sink space. This was a game changer for our little bathroom/laundry room!
