I was missing the o screws that attached the rails for the drawer to slide on. Normally, I'd take a star or two from the review because it was really annoying to not have all the parts you need. However, I contacted 's customer service and they were beyond wonderful. They offered multiple solutions and communication was top notch. So, was it annoying to not have the parts needed? Of course! But in the end, I love the piece and was very happy with the customer service. Mistakes happen, I think they still deserve 5 stars.
