    Wrong Parts and missing parts

After contacting the company about missing parts and wrong parts, within 12 hours the company contacting me . The manufacture is making it right. The had all the parts I needed and more. Everything happen and finished within 5 days. That is what you call great customer service. If every company would do this we would never need to order out of the USA. I will give this company a 5 star and thank for treating me as a person not just a number. I thank you for your fast service

    Great for storage

I love the bed, it has enough room for all my things to that I keep close by. The only bad thing was the shipping. It came without a 3rd box and had to wait a few weeks for last section to be sent but after that I everything was great. I really enjoy not having to clean under my bed or to have bottles or clothes be kicked under it anymore. I have storage that is actually useful especially the big ones in the front and sides. 10/10 would buy again. Might buy smaller ones for my kids when they outgrow the beds they have now

Great choice for a storage bed

Love this bed! Made such a good choice. And our kitty cat loves her little cubby. Pros: low profile. lots of storage. Cons: some of the pieces were incorrect ie: getting two 5s rather than a 5/6. Had to drill a couple holes to make it work, so if you're handy this is super easy. If not~ it might be sort of frustrating

    Better in real life

Beautiful, sturdy, fits most essentials. Easy to assemble but even easier and quicker with assistance!

Would buy again. Good quality, but difficult assembly and some design flaws...

I've had this bedframe in king size for a year. It is also under the name Pharr Low Profile Storage Platform Bed and probably others. You know how furniture companies are. It is sturdy with smooth drawer movements. The wood looks good and solid, far from the cheap plastic veneers that chip at the corners on on top of pressboard you see with cheap furniture. Assembly directions are ok, no missing parts, but it is a long job, longer than any other furniture I've assembled, took most of a day. With a king there is space between all of the compartments that is open from the top. Beneath the mattress are many supportive slats but there is nothing stopping dust and debris from being swept off the mattress and falling straight into the drawers/storage. I keep putting off improvising barrier to add under the mattress. It extends out past the mattress and has some sharp corners so watch your shins. Overall there are things to improve but I like it, and this was just about the only option that: was available in king size, had no headboard which would block my windows, had lots of storage under the bed, and was flat against the floor to prevent dust from getting swept under it.

    Versatile and nice looking

It is a bear to put together and instructions could be better, but in the end it is a very nice bed frame. I did not look at measurement of drawers and they were much smaller than I anticipated, but that is my own fault. Otherwise very nice and sturdy.

A great bed but assembly is not easy

So I purchased this bed (and headboard) some time in March. When I finially got it it came in about 7 or 8 boxes. It wasn't the easiest to assembly and took over 11 hours to do. However it does go box by box that part is amazing. You only open one box at a time. The sturdiness is wonderful and actually adds some firmness to our mattress verses just a boxspring and frame. I love the fact it has alot of storage space and compartments to hide things. It has made it easier store blankets, sheet sets, and snacks you don't want the kids to find and get into. Over all the bed is wonderful and perfect for what I need. The assembly is the worst tho.

You will need two people to assemble the bed, and you should give yourselves about a day and a half.

It's very well designed and the quality of the materials is good. I think it is an elegant structure when finally assembled. It's not going to fall apart any time soon, but you will need to pay attention to the instructions when assembling it. There are times during assembly when you are warned against using an electric drill (screwdriver). Those should probably be heeded, but, for much of the assembly I would consider an electric screwdriver as nearly essential though the instructions do not tell you that. An appropriate allen wrench bit for an electric drill or electric screwdriver would be helpful also. I think this bed makes most of the other available storage beds look shoddy. It is a fine product if you are willing to put in some time and effort.

    Great Product and Exceptional Support

This is a great product. The support team is exceptional. When assembling this bed, I tripped and bent the rollers for one of the drawers. I sent an email to the company stating that I was very upset with myself because of what had happened. I requested that perhaps they could sell me a new set of rollers. This was on a Sunday morning. Support immediately responded, requesting my address. By Tuesday I had a new set of rollers, free of charge. Great Product and even Greater Support!
