As Described. Shipped fast, 4 boxes, go 1 by 1, easy to setup

I like it, real wood. A lot of pieces, but it comes together rather easily

Design, quality and functionality makes it stand out from the competition

We love our Bali bed from , its design, quality and functionality makes it stand out of all other beds one can find. After a disastrous experience with Wayfair, where it took four weeks to deliver the wrong product, we visited all local and online stores for a bed we would like. We finally took a chance with where we found the product. The packages arrived in less than a week. Putting it together however is not that easy. I joked to my wife that one needs an advanced degree from Ikea to put the bed together. Being an engineer myself having assembled many items in the past, I had to occasionally take my build apart as not all parts are labeled clearly. Still, we recommend this product and would buy it again. We are now looking forward to a fitting headboard, which is supposed to come onto the market soon.

Slatted base is the worst design

I will never buy another slatted base again. Horrible design. Everytime you move it creaks and makes noise. Woke me up every night for 10 years. Even with the plywood underneath it still makes noise. Light sleepers beware!!!

    Love this bed!!

Perfect for small bedroom with lots of storage! The space under the bed-slats is a great bonus. Be certain to read the instructions a few pages ahead of the current step. It will make the assembly of the bed a lot easier to understand.

    Looks great, feels sturdy.

Maybe one real drawback is the assembly - it took me probably 8-10 hours of total work to assemble it. Instructions are pretty clear and all, it's just A LOT OF PARTS. Also, some of the screws were too short and didn't hold in place, I had to buy other ones from a hardware store. Regardless of that, the end product looks stylish, feels very sturdy, and the storage space is amazing. If I were to buy it again, I'd buy 's assembly service too.

Great bed, just one small issue

Solid bed, lovely color, very happy with purchase. Only negative is some of the parts weren't numbered so really had to pay attention. Parts did have distinctive markings, ie holes for screws and dowels but just would have made little easier and quicker if marked all pieces. I assembled by my self and went smoothly.

    Great Quality and VERY sturdy!!!!!!!

I am very pleased with this bed it took my husband about five hours by himself to assemble however if I could have helped him we couldve knocked it out in 3 hrs !! We are very impressed with the quality of the wood that holds the bed together! The bed arrived on time and no pieces were broken Which I am very surprised about since we have ordered beds in the past and had nightmares trying to either assemble them or get companies to send us new parts for broken pieces, Anyways the bed over all was a definite score for us we really needed a sturdy bed and are super super super happy!

Full day assembly, but worth the investment

Tl;DR: Pros: Sturdy, aesthetically pleasing, ample storage. holds a lot of weight Cons: Not all pieces labelled, estimated time to completion is grossly underestimated. For two people who were being meticulous about re-labeling and planning out pieces to assemble, and who are experienced with a power drill, it took roughly 8-10 hours for the king size. This behemoth has 315 screws. But we had planned to take an entire day for assembly, so we weren't unprepared. The individual steps aren't that difficult to follow, even with pieces being unlabeled, it's just that there's 54 steps to get this thing set up (hence the 3/5 'easy to assemble' rating), which isn't a criticism. It makes sense with all the nooks and shelves and drawers. Just be aware of what you're getting into and plan accordingly. This bed feels VERY sturdy - with a mattress of about 150 pounds, two people totaling about 600 pounds, and several cats/dog, it isn't wobbly at all and feels very solid. It appears to all be solid pine. All in all, I'm very satisfied with this bed frame, and glad I made the purchase.

    a little creaky but works

My man complained the whole entire time while putting it together he is a carpenter till finally I said either stop complaining or build me a bed. A little bit annoying to assemble but lots of pieces always are. In general I do like the bed I do believe that there could be more slats for supporting the mattress I ended up adding plywood. For scale I weigh 150 lb and my man weighs 180. I have wood floors so I added some extra felt protectors on the bottom now the bed tends to scoot across the floor which is a pain but the floor is safe from scratches though so kind of a pain. The storage on the outer shelves and drawers is decent I can't imagine using the storage underneath the bed because you have to move the mattress amd all the slats anytime you want to get to it I am not that much of a hoarder. If I can make a change to it I would reduce the underneath the bed to make the side compartments bigger I was able to barely fit two king size quilts on one side. The other minor detail is you have to tuck in all your bedding if you want the frame to be a display otherwise your blanket on top well semi obscure it making it harder to get stuff out of the drawers and shelves
