When we received this bed frame I was excited to see how it would transform our bedroom. The problem is it arrived dented, and while I let that pass in the excitement of having a new bedroom set I was quick to realize that this frame is hot garbage!!! Its creaky and definitely not worth the price tag.
This bed is Aming for the price beautiful simple! Exactly what we were loo for. The instructions were straight forward. My husband and I set it up together. I think its doable if you dont have another person to help you. The bed does not squeak at all when I stand up,sit down,or roll over. I have no cons so far. Definitely recommend this bed to anyone! Nice and light weight.
Pros: its cute. The instructions were clear. It ships from the USA and arrived in about a week after ordering, although it did come a day later than the trac info said it would arrive. It was not damaged on arrival.
Cons: there are A LOT of different parts and pieces and there were about 5 pieces that werent labeled which made building even more difficult. The trundle wheels dont work on carpet. The wheels are not tall enough so youre basically dragging the trundle across the floor instead of rolling it. Also, some of the wholes were not properly drilled In 3 different areas, ma the bolts nearly impossible to insert without using your own drill to mill out the proper sized holes. Because some holes were too small to insert the bolts, inserting the bolts caused the wood to crack or bulge (see photos). The product photos are deceiving because once you out a regular mattress on it, the planks almost disappear. Lastly, the support beams for the canopy come in 2 pieces (see photos)! Why would you do that instead of using a single piece of wood for that?! It makes the canopy very flimsy.
Tips: youll need your own small screw driver, a box cutter to open all the packaging, and possibly your own drill to properly drill the defective pilot holes. Also, be aware that there are no refunds, even if your product is damaged but still in usable condition. So if you can get over all of these hurdles, its fine.
FedEx said theyd delivered my bed frame but they must have delivered it to the wrong house because no delivery attempt was ever made to my house. I now had a brand new mattress but no bed frame for it. FedEx was not helpful at all but luckily the seller got a replacement bed frame shipped out to me with expedited shipping at no additional cost. My bed frame arrived 3 days later and I couldnt be happier. It was pretty easy to assemble and seems very sturdy. And I love the style and fabric used in the headboard. Im so happy with my purchase and extremely impressed with s customer service. They were quick to respond and offered a prompt resolution to FedExs miatake. I absolutely love my new bed frame.
