I absolutely love this daybed! I put it together by myself (age 64) and followed the picturesvery simple to put together and would purchase this again if I need too. It is the best purchase by far I have made this year!!
Al pieces accounted for, fairly easy to assemble, easier with 2 people. Nice little bed to escape to when DH is snoring Place a thin(ish) board under memory foam as it will slip between the slats otherwise. Even if it lasts only a year, Ill feel O got my moneys worth.
We originally were going to buy a bed of particle wood, but the difficulty in building and weight led me to look for a metal daybed. This seemed to be the best option. Now this was not without flaws, one of the post had black paint missing and one of the supports did not fit, causing me frustration. I discovered that the part was slightly bent, not much but enough to impede construction. A simple twist of pliers repaired it. I did not think these two issues were much of a problem, however, someone without a mechanic background? Overall, it only took about an hour to build, which isnt bad at all.
I bought 2 to use as couches and I love them! They were so easy to put together and are very sturdy. The only thing Im not a fan of is the huge shiny silver screws that clash with the dark bronze paint. I can live with them, Ill just find a matching nailpolish and paint them lol
This bed looked even prettier in person. I bought it as some extra seating in our game room and it works great. Its very sturdy and the price was just right!
