Really like this bed. Its so nice looking, and its sturdy. Theres a nice metal beam that runs down the center, and though I wouldnt jump on it, it is plenty sturdy for me and the kid to lie on together. Very easy to assemble! Love it!
Product is solid, was missing 2 screws, reached out to customer service for some assistance. They asked for a boatload of info just to confirm the order just to tell me they didnt have any extra screws they could send me and to go look for some myself. Great product, terrible customer service.
Have nothing but good things to say about this bed. Its sturdy, I like the look and design (simple but clean lines), good area under bed for storage and it was simple to put together.
It does sit a little high, but our 3 year old just uses a stool to get in in. Even though it is a little high we fully use the area under the bed for storage so its worth it.
I mean I paid almost $700 for this bed its unstable the instructions are horrible that smells like stain stain is rubbing off half the pieces are not level its not pre-drilled..
We purchased this bed for my mother who moved into a memory care facility. It was the perfect size for her room. She is a small lady although its for a child it worked perfectly for her.
Was a little bit of a pain to put the headboard together, over all it seems reasonably sturdy. I am concerned as our 3 year old grows and maybe starts jumping on the bed a little more, that the slats might not make it. My biggest issue is that the frame seems to be about 2-3 inches too wide, so even with the mattress and box spring you can still see the slats on the sides. There is a gap there and I just wish the box spring fit more snug. The gap concerns me because with a toddler, its just the right size to get a wrist or ankle snagged in there.
The instructions were not detailed at all. But if you have put together furniture before youll be able to figure it out. Once its put together it very nice. So good so far! ?? im very pleased with the results.

( Note: certain mattresses may need slats that are spaced closer together) I contacted the company to ask if our 15 year old grandson, who weighs 140 pounds could sleep safely on the top bunk. They advise upgrading the slats to a set that are spaced closer together. I believe the company sells them for an additional $80. The bed slats that comes with the bed are spaced 9 inches apart with a metal support bar that runs perpendicular down the center of the slats. I decided to wait upgrade the slats if necessary. It seems to me the original slats would be sufficient when SLEEPING as the weight is evenly distributed over the area but it may be wise to upgrade the slats if used when sitting on the bed where the body weight is over a small area.
The bed is beautiful and the kids love it in their new mountains themed room. However the smell from something the used on it is still lingering over a week later. Its been cleaned and the rooms been sprayed, candles burned, air cleaners run etc and it still has a strong chemical scent.
