These chairs arrived exactly as described. No real assembly needed. Packaging is obviously very large. These are molded resin so there is no metal. Easy maintenance, leave mine outside year round without issue. Comfortable but I also put my existing chaise pads on these for extra cushion.
Upon arrival, one of the 2 chairs were broken and cracked on both sides. I was pretty bummed. But made it right by crediting me for one chair and I then left the broken chair back out for 3 days for UPS to pick up, but they never came...
Id have to say they are very nice looking chaises and are more comfortable with a cushion. Overall Id say good for price but the hard plastic makes them a little less durable
This packaging came absolutely destroyed! The box was torn apart nearly everywhere and the tape was barely hanging on, it was basically held together by string. Surprisingly, the chairs themselves were undamaged! They were easy to assemble and they look great on the pool deck. They are not super sturdy, if you scoot the chair around at all, just be prepared to check the front legs of the chairs. They do not lock into place like the back ones do for some reason. Luckily, we dont move them around much at all and I find them comfortable and attractive. We have received many compliments. Very happy with the quality for the price, if they hold up a few seasons it will be well worth the investment.
