One of our chairs collapsed within a few days of getting the chairs. I contacted directly and was told they would send a replacement out as soon as I sent pictures and my invoice. Even after responding to more email requests as directed, I was told today to call directly. I hope you all can help me.
While these are plastic, they feel solid and sturdy. The basket weave look is nice, but not altogether comfortable. (At some point Im going to get cushions). The shape of the seats and backs are gently curved which is better than a hard flat surface. The backs have easily adjustable angles - no need to get up and wrestle with them to change the angle and there isnt a button release or anything (so no pinched fingers).
The chairs look very nice on the deck. The first time I sat down on one, the bottom legs folded under and I fell to the ground. Had to put a bolt in it to keep it from doing it again, they are comfortable enough for the price.

Make sure they are not broke when you get them. our was broken and had to exchange them.
Like but they are hard to set on. they do not give.
Good quality hotel style pool loungers
Very good. Bit hard when in packed but once used and been in the sun very comfortable. We use beach towels in top for comfort

The chairs are perfect! Arrived in a timely manner. No assembly required. They worked so well I ordered two more! Great product!
