It was a little difficult to assemble but I just learned that certain screws wanted to go in first and to never tighten them until they were all in place. It wasnt too much of a pain, it took me (one 22yr old) about an hour and a half but that was mostly user error.
Its very comfy and very cute! Its small (obviously), which is exactly what I needed for my space.
The seats dont have any way of hooking together so if someone sits down too aggressively they will be scooting away from the rest of the party. Only the bottom cushions have tabs to secure them, and that doesnt extend to the ottoman. After a particularly windy day I stepped outside to find every single one of my cushions spread across my yard aside from the three seat cushions. One of the arm cushions was lost forever unfortunately (these pictures are from before). Ill just have to remember to bring the cushions in when Im done on the couch I suppose.
Shipping was fast and they arrived only a day a part from each other so that was nice!
The furniture arrived in two midsized boxes, which was great. The directions could be a little better at telling you where to start and how to put the pieces together but there is a YouTube video that worked perfect for me. It took about 3 hours to put together (I was alone). After it was finished I sat on it and its actually very comfortable.
My balcony size is 12x17ft in case you need a size reference.
Great buy.
I waited several months before writing this review. The disclaimer here is that yes, I live in SWFL and NO, this is not outside all the way in the elements: its on my lanai (covered patio/Florida room/sunroom for those of you in other parts of the world who have no idea what a lanai is).
I have no idea how well this would hold up if I put it outside in the elements. I have a different set (metal that looks like wood and sunbrella cushions) for all the way outside.
But when I decided to redo my lanai, I wanted something for everyone. I have two rockers that face this set. Yea, I know, it looks like Ive blocked off my sliders - well, I did (sliders we dont use). But I have a panel of three sliders to the left of this set so its not like you have to climb over furniture to get in/out. . . although we could start doing that and really get our exercise.
You may be wondering where the glass top is. It is under the square ottoman as Ive put a plush, round floor cushion on the block that is supposed to serve as the ottoman. I have a blanket to pull over my feet when Im out here on chilly mornings (stop laughing. . .I know anyone reading this knows that below 72 degrees is chilly here). The two other beige cushions are ones I had on hand already.
Ive included a picture to show the gorilla grippy shelf liner that I cut up to keep these cushions from sliding all over the place when we sat on it. . .these babies are slick, and they WILL slip if you dont put down something to keep them in place. If you use the clips that come with the cushions, youll pull up some of the rattan material on the base blocks, and you really dont want to do that.
Ive sat out here perched in the corner for hours at a time before getting too uncomfortable to go move to inside the house. Yes, these cushions ARE thin. They DO flatten easily, so swap them around the same way you would cushions on a sofa or the way you would flip a mattress (okay, you may not be as religious about flipping or turning your mattress, but you know what I mean).
As others have said, some of the screws do not align when you go to assemble. Kind of annoying, but with the pieces we received, we could force it without breaking it.
I would absolutely recommend this if you are on a budget and not willing to go over $400. We saw this same set in a thousand different iterations on Overstock and Wayfair for prices that ranged from $400 to $900. Its definitely not a $900 set. When I found the ones I liked on other sites, I did a reverse image search and was pleased to find it here on for (at the time) mid $300s.
I bought these chairs and side table and they are surprisingly comfy.
Once I got the furniture, it took me awhile to find a rug that would pull everything together. I found the Nicole Miller rug hereIt works well.
The middle picture is right after I put the Nicole Miller rug down, btw. You can see I had the grippy stuff out and the rockers are in that picture, too.
Again, cannot comment on durability for alllll the way in the elements, but its serving the purpose for where we have it. This sofa and the two rockers is a great place for three-four people to get together.
Pleasantly surprised of my purchase. Easy to build just make sure you follow the steps. The only issue I have is the seat cushions do not stay in place even though I have used the provided fasteners. Also comfort level is doable but am currently looking to see if I can purchase more plushable type cushions. Purchase cans of weather proof scotch guard for added protection and patio hooks/clips to keep the furniture from separating from each other
I ordered this patio furniture in Jan and then we were hit by snowy and very cold weather. Leaving the boxes unopened in garage for two months, I finally assembled the furniture to find that two components had major issues (see pictures). First, The woven material was broken in one instance. Second, the item B of the corner chair is supposed to have a hole in it so that A can slide into it. Well, there are two corner chairs. Item B in one of them was fine. In the second one, the hole was all covered by the woven material (see the picture). So, I needed to make a hole by damaging the woven material. Now, I have two damages in the product. I could not leave the partly assembled furniture in my patio and wait for many days or even weeks to get the correct parts. So, I used electric tape, super glue and drill to fix these two two problems.
When I contacted the seller with the details and pictures, they offered me replacement parts. Because it was a major effort to replace two parts (which I have now fixed), I asked for a price adjustment. They offered me $25. I declined this 6% price adjustment.
Poorly created/assembled furniture. Customer service is worse.

Great product and good customer service
It looks great and the comfortable. It is durable.
Perfect set,love it
Perfect for what I wanted, I did purchase new pillow covers since I already had a color scheme going.
Not bad for the price.
Had a little issue with missing part but the seller took care of it quickly. Overall happy with my purchase.
I love this!
