    Two faulty items; unhelpful customer service

    I ordered this patio furniture in Jan and then we were hit by snowy and very cold weather. Leaving the boxes unopened in garage for two months, I finally assembled the furniture to find that two components had major issues (see pictures). First, The woven material was broken in one instance. Second, the item B of the corner chair is supposed to have a hole in it so that A can slide into it. Well, there are two corner chairs. Item B in one of them was fine. In the second one, the hole was all covered by the woven material (see the picture). So, I needed to make a hole by damaging the woven material. Now, I have two damages in the product. I could not leave the partly assembled furniture in my patio and wait for many days or even weeks to get the correct parts. So, I used electric tape, super glue and drill to fix these two two problems. When I contacted the seller with the details and pictures, they offered me replacement parts. Because it was a major effort to replace two parts (which I have now fixed), I asked for a price adjustment. They offered me $25. I declined this 6% price adjustment. Poorly created/assembled furniture. Customer service is worse.
