Not very good quality for sitting. These chairs are cute and the material is nice and the color is great however, sitting on these chairs is a different story. People slide off because the cushion does not stay situated. Also, someone sat on the chair and leaned back in the leg just snapped off and they fell on the floor and got hurt. I chose these chairs for the waiting room with my hair salon and this was a terrible idea.

Love the color, it is a beautiful dark grey... This is bigger than I thought it would be. Longer than I imagined. I am very thrilled and excited with this piece. My girlfriends came over tonight, and they absolutely LOVE IT! Came folded, easy to follow directions, nicely packaged pieces and parts/tools for you to put together.. This was two days later than first told.. I am not sure why, I am assuming it was the shipping company based on what I following through tracking it. Once it arrived the company was amazing and waiting for me to completely open it to make sure there was ZERO DAMAGE before they left because I was not going to sign for it if there was any damage. They were so kind and patient which I appreciated. Very happy with this choice

I purchased this with deluxe delivery which was free. The deluxe delivery was included bring it wherever you want to put, assemble it, remove the garbage and if I am not satisfied with it they take it back right there.
A delivery man said I never purchased that and they left because they had to go to the next stop.
I called the right away and the customer service said, I asked to put it in the porch. We had arguments and I said then why did they bring it up all the way to the second floor not leave it at my door? And the customer service lady said, they did something nice for you then. She also was telling me I am a very little and I even know how to assemble the futon. She gave more attitudes so I asked her to connect someone else. She started to laugh ha ha ha, ha ha ha! and honestly I never seen any costumer service like her. Worst experience ever.

This futon is just a futon. Its much expensive than other futons, so I was expecting better quality. However, its the same. It says its made with a memory foam, but its not comfortable as a sound. Its hard and has no cushions at all. I will keep its only because of the color itself and I spent my time to assemble it. If you have more options with color, dont spend over $500 on futon.
