Wasnt expecting much but was surprised with this little couch. Its comfortable, easily assembled. Perfect for my little apartment. Yes came in two boxes that showed up 2 different days but gave me time to plan on how I was going to set it up. and the fact that Fedex brought it upstairs to my door was a big plus.

And I thought it didnt come with instructions lol ( it did it just lost them under the box when I opened it) YouTube has a instructional video!! and it was super helpful
Dont get me wrong I use this sofa all the time, but it took some getting used to because it is much smaller than a regular sofa. By that I mean the width of the sitting area is too small. Its like 20 inches or something like and a regular sofa is closer to 30inches. Its hard to find a comfortable position, but I have got used to it over time. Keep in mind I am 511. If you are under 55 then I am sure it would be more comfortable but not for me.
The product is awesome, and it was easy to assemble. But more importantly it is very comfortable. I also, want to give a shout out for being professional. This product comes shipped in two different packages. The delivery company delivered my second package to the wrong address. I notified the company and they offered to return my money or re/send the second package out. I choose the ladder. Luckily, that day, the home owner who received my package contacted me and I went and picked it up. I would definitely recommend this company, not just for the great product, but awesome customer service.
Received my chofa within 4 days of placing my order. I found assembly very easy to do myself. I had concerns with the fabric seat casings being extremely wrinkled. I let it settle for few days, no improvement. As each casing has a zipper, very convenient ,I removed the cores, low steam ironed all casings except the chaise cushion, no concerns at all with chaise. This gave the cores a time to expand even more. Wrinkle free I do like the look of this chofa and perfect for my living space. Comfort is firm but Im sure this will also soften up within a few weeks.

I love everything about this product, except I have hardwood floors so I need to get non slip pads for under the ottoman, and thats the only complaint I have So happy I bought this for my small space living room
We were looking from something less bulky than the recliner couch we were getting rid of and something that wasnt going to break the bank. We have 2 dogs, so I didnt want something super pricey theyd ruin within 10 minutes of putting it in our living room. Read a ton of reviews of this one before ordering.
Arrived sooner than expectedthe delivery date was a laughable distance from purchase, so showing up sooner was a very welcome surprise. It was relatively easy to assemble: we couldnt find the directions at first (one of said dogs decided to lay on it to chew a bone) and got most of it together on sheer problem solving. My expectations werent high considering the price, but its definitely comfortable out of the box and fit our space well. There is quite a gap in the back between the sections, so idea for placing against a wall over being out in the middle of the room. My 510 husband can lay on it fairly comfortably, even though his feet hang off a touch.
Gamble paid off for us, at least for now. Time will tell on durability, but at least I didnt spend an entire paycheck on it just for it to fail in a few months.
