Firm, but not to firm. Very easy to assemble. I was fascinated how very well it came packed. Two boxes contained the contents. Very happy with construction an comfort, really good value too. an not to big for small space. Great sofa, highly recommend. Very happy !!
I was reluctant in buying this product initially but after reading the reviews I gave it a try. But I do not actually repent now after using this for almost 2 years. Its worth the money I spent. I love this couch and would recommend anyone who is looking for a comfortable couch in a small space.

Putting it together requires no tools. Im very impressed with the sofa. I couldnt fit a regular sofa through the door/steps of my apartment so I purchased this one.
I am a big girl, I do not sink in the sofa. I am tall, and the back rest part of the sofa is shorter than my back.
The cushions are vacuumed sealed so I would open those up first and let them fluff up really good before assembling the couch.
It looks good. For me it is very comfortable. Ive already slept very easily. As you can see my cat loves the ottoman. I find that the longest cushion is firmer and helps my bad back.

There are some gaps but having the back against a wall, you dont notice. In general we are very happy with this purchase for our small living room.
