This seems like a sturdy loveseat and overall good quality. I was very disappointed when we removed it from the box to find damage on the bottom. Its far too large to try to return, and the box was too damaged to reuse as a return box. Well be keeping the loveseat but remembering not to order one from this company again.
I needed a couch for a smaller living room space, and this turned out to be the perfect size. The couch arrives in a big box. I needed help carrying it up to my apartment (thank you, friendly neighbor), but once you unpack everything, it was fairly simple to put together (and I am not very handy). Its very cute and a clean, simple design. While its not the plushest sofa, I still find it plenty comfortable, either by myself, or sharing with another person. Very happy with my purchase, overall!
Broke the packaging down outside my apartment because the box was too bulky to take up my stairs.
Assembly was a breeze. Put it together on my own with very minimal steps. Everything pretty much just clipped together.

I intend to spend a lot of time sitting on it, reading and playing games so an overly soft couch would be bad for posture reasons. This loveseat is just the right firmness.
Only complaint is you can feel and hear the supports flexing inside the seat when shifting around. Docked a star for this.
The description states easy/to/clean but I would like to find out how this couch is easy to clean. Weve only had it a few months and have had some spills and the stains will NOT come out. Its definitely not made for everyday living and should be more of a piece for looking at and not using. Horribly cheap and we will have to buy a Rooms/to/Go couch for a little more than this with fabric that you can actually clean.
Terrible couch and company. Do NOT buy from this compamy. Terrible company with awful customer service. Made with cheap materials. 3 months in, fabric started ripping, and became very uncomfortable as I could feel the metal spring directly under my bottom. Requested for return and they made it impossible to do so. I wish I could give negative in stars. Dont waste your time and money on this companys product.
I LOVE this couch! It easily fit through doorways and my roommates and I put it together in under 10 minutes with ease. It is my first couch and it exceeded my expectations. The directions were easy to follow and I found the packaging to be quite clever. It is very comfortable (not too firm at all, very plush) and I can fully lay down on it (I am 5 3). It can comfortably fit 3 people, uncomfortably 4. It arrived on time and me and my roommate could carry it, it was a bit heavy, but we were able to carry it to our apartment. Overall, good couch. Highly recommend.
EDIT: I spoke with an rep to report the wrong item was sent. He assured me this was an anomaly and that I could re/order and he would include a note for the distribution center to double/check the package since the wrong one was sent the first time, and he guaranteed me that the right couch would be sent.
.and it wasnt. They sent the same dark gray, chunky one. I called again, and they told me I had ordered the wrong couch. Nope//I referenced my order and the box, and the manufacturers stock numbers didnt match. So I sent it back. They did arrange a free return and pick/up by UPS, and they gave me a 20 voucher, which was nice. Still a 1/star for the inconvenience and the face that I still dont have the couch I ordered.twice.
Original: I ordered this couch because of the sleek design and the light gray color. It arrived today, but it looks like a different couch//it doesnt quite match the written description OR the photos. There were three back cushions instead of two, and they were not . The legs were chunky and rectangular instead of slim and cylindrical, and the color of the fabric was much, much darker//definitely not a light gray.
I imagine the overall shape is similar, though I did not fully assemble the couch since I will be returning it and searching for a lighter one.
Highly pleased with this purchase. Was looking for a sleek sofa on the more compact side to fit the kids room. This is it! It was easy to take out of the box and intuitively assemble (under 10 mins! couch even came with a nice little note, a nice touch). Material is comfortable, seems resistant to wear/and/tear, and the sofa has a really nice firm cushiony feel to it without being hard. Size is perfect as well; can very comfortably seat 3 people (maybe 4?). Color is a nice neutral gray; you can accent it however you want with various cushions to achieve the look you want, so its great for people wanting a versatile product.
This one is easy to assemble, and also is cushy and comfortable sofa. And the fabric has a better quality than I expected its soft, but firm at the same time, so it feels like it wont wear out easily. Some lousy sofas make stinks when you open the box to assemble, but this one wasnt that case. Extremely simple to assemble (literally took less than 3 mins to finish). The delivery was fast too. I recommend this product (also color).
Wonderful for what it is. We have an extremely narrow stairwell with multiple corners so we needed something like this. It is pretty comfy, I am 55 and the seat length hits me perfect. It is more comfortable than I thought it would be. My boyfriend is 62 and it is less comfy for him because the seat size from back cushion to knee bend is only 21/22 inches. We got the love seat so its not something I can fall asleep on but the longer version maybe possible. The style is exactly what we wanted and the material is durable. It is great for the price and the convenience of its innovative packaging.
