I love this couch! Although I realized the couch ears had to be assemble differently than I thought, I had seen someone say they thought it was a malfunction but i learned that it had to be slid on from the bottom rather than the top.
The sofa arrived as scheduled and the delivery man brought it to my front door. After inspecting the contents I was pleased all components and the Allen wrench provided. I followed the easy to follow instructions and within a few minutes I had what I call an Instant Sofa much more sturdy and comfortable than I expected. My only problem was getting the old couch out the house!
It was pretty easy to assemble, took about 20 minutes. The only complicated part was putting the side pieces on, but they do fit. Instead of sliding them into the slots in a downward motion it should be an upward motion.
Arrived on time in huge box. Sides marked incorrectly but once I figured that out I assembled myself.
Seating is firm. Good to lay/nap on. Sitting uncomfortable for longer periods of time.
Overall satisfied.
Color between gray and brown so can go either way with accessories.

Nice sofa perfect for my one bedroom apartment. It was easy to assemble and great job by the delivery driver. Cant beat the quality for the price.
