My 5.5 yr old loves it, so thats what matters most. Weve only had it a week, so only time will tell if it stands up to the test of time. This was a long/term investment for us, so Im curious to see if it was made to last. Delivery came as expected via a Ryder moving truck. Driver was polite and courteous a brought box into our home at our request. MAN, was it heavy, good thing we have tiled floors, so we just pushed it to the bedroom. Unpacking we noticed everything was neat and tidy and for the most part, all labeled hardware was put in their own small box. As for assembly, it took us roughly 3 hours for me and my husband to put together. I mostly directed, while he did the building. Instructions were semi/easy to follow. Its all diagrams youre trying to follow in a stapled 40 page packet. We made a couple of mistakes along the way as we were confused those times, but overall a good experience. Bed looks nice, and has plenty of room for under bed storage and play area.
Great bed for the money, assembly was straight forward with decent instructions. The only negative is the ladder rails were and on the narrow side causing discomfort when my child climbed the ladder. Easy fix, I used a black hose and installed those on the ladder rungs. Picture included of this fix. Cut the length of hose, spliced those and placed on the rungs. Used black gorilla tape to hold in place. Overall a great loft bed for the money. Im 210 pounds and it supported me. Rated at 200 pounds.
We ordered this loft bed with and it at first said it would ship Dec 4th. It came early so that is a plus, package is not light as wellit is a bed.
Instructions were clear and easy to follow and provide good detail so you dont get things turned around. I was a little worried when ordering if it would be sturdy enough. I was plenty sturdy and things went together smoothly. It even had blocks to evenly space the slats for the mattress. We have 9ft ceilings in the bedrooms so height is not a problem but always double check you have the space as an older/taller kiddo with 8ft ceilings may have more limited space on the bed.
It was super difficult to assemble, the instructions are terrible, over 5 hours to assemble. There is no cut out section to get into bed when you climb up the ladder, you have to jump over the top bar.
Heads up, the white is an off/white. Its a common color on walls, our walls are called macaroon cream and it matches perfect. Its a good thing if you dont want super white furniture making your off/white walls look yellow. But might not match other white furniture
Very sturdy and well made.
We did anchor it to the wall for safety sake. But the bed was sturdy on its own. Glad we bought it. And will probably buy another for our daughters room.
Nice bed for the money. It took some time to put together, about 2 hours. Read the instructions! Do not skip steps! My daughter loves the bed. Her only complaint is that the latter needs flat steps and kind of hurts her feet when climbing. It is what it is. Worth the money, was shipped fast and packaged well!
Good value for the money. Ladder is a little hard on bare feet. Shakes a little when climbing into bed and has required tightening of screws a couple times since purchasing 2 months ago. Overall it should last the next few years until my grandson hits higher school. Not sure this would work for larger teen.

Weak material
Very weak material needs to improve the assembly to provide more sturdiness otherwise it could cause an accident
