It has an odor, so I have a window cracked open. Otherwise very very nice!!!! I bought a corner unit a few weeks ago and it was a piece of crap, I had to throw it away! This furniture is a great value!!!! I really like it!!!! all you do is screw on the legs basically!!! only took an hour!!!! Grandkids love the bench!!!!
Shipping and packing was adequate to prevent damage. Third party freight company was quick and courteous. Assembly was a breeze...literally threading nuts. Finish on all pieces was perfect except for a small piece of edge laminate easily re-glued. Very sturdy. Great starter set for daughters apartment.
I am so surprised by this table! I was nervous since I hadnt seen it and I bought it open box for fairly cheap. Its gorgeous! It seems pretty sturdy and was easy to put together. My table has an imperfection on the top but I bought it open box, one of the chairs also has an imperfectIon but you can hardly tell. Im very pleased with the quality for how inexpensive it was.
Nice design, space-efficient bench on one side, fairly well made, with nice finishes, including padded chair backs. But assembly takes several hours - many fasteners, especially for the chairs. Two of our chairs had uneven legs after assembly - one or two legs off by 3/8-inch on one chair, 1/4-inch on the other, so used stick-on shims to level-out. Overall we are still pleased, given the reasonable price and relatively quick deliver (about 3-days). The entire set comes in one large box!
