Very satisfied with this purchase. Shopped local higher end retailers and found similar products priced hundreds of dollars higher. Installed (by my contractor) without any problems or issues. Contractor stated he was very impressed with the product too. Love the look, function and quality of this product!
After being quoted 700+ for a similar name brand system, I decided to roll my dice after reading the reviews. I must say I was extremely surpd at how well this was made. My contractor keeps talking about it the entire time he is installing this. Very nice.
I just received my new shower head. Its not installed yet. The unit is very heavy appears to be of high quality. Im excited to see it installed use it for the 1st time. Ill update my review at that time.
The price was great, my plumber did the installation and seem like not a big deal. It looks very good in our updated shower. It pressure isnt the best, but it may be related to our plumbing and not to the device itself
After weeks of troubleshooting the banging sound in my pipes, I finally realized it was this new valve that was causing the noise. It hammered every time another faucet was shut off in the house. Had to take it out and replaced it with an American made product. Very disappointed in the product quality.
