A great tent overall! Highly recommend!

So far a great tent! We love the screened-in porch. A great spot to keep a few chairs to spend some time having a drink or hanging out, especially if it rains. The rain fly also is well designed, with a pole that goes in it to provide rain coverage over the side windows, but also lets some breeze in. It is easy to put up and take down, with a cleverly designed bag that can expand just in case you arent an expert at rolling up the tent so small lol. The only suggestion I would have is that the rain fly does cover some of the porch, but would be perfect if there was an additional part to extend out to cover the rest of the screened in area. Overall, though, a great tent!

Great tent! Not so great porch.

Love the tent! Its roomy as stated. Rainfly is good. Zippers are if decent to normal quality. The front porch (as others have stated) is not at all a safe harbor from inclimate weather. It rains and soaks the screened porch. Maybe make the rainfly go out past the porch.

    Great tent with one flaw

As reviewed here, this tent is great in all but one area. The rain fly makes the main section completely waterproof. Its fairly lightweight for its size, has nice components, is vented nicely, and the screen porch feather is awesome. We get 4 camping chairs in there so our whole family can play cards at night, or even ride out a rainstorm. Except they didnt include a rain fly for the screen porch so it gets wet pretty easily. We recently solved that with a $30 rain fly tarp (10x12, but 8x12 would be sufficient) and $4 of snaps. Now when it looks like rain we can take a couple of minutes to add a rain fly to the porch. All our stuff will stay dry. Might get a little stuffy in there, but I feel like were pretty well set with this tent for a long time now. The only other thing to mention is this tent is fantastic in summer months (has great ventilation) and also will shed inner dampness quickly (Again due to ventilation). Its one flaw is that the ventilation panels on the inside will make it a little chilly if your camping in the mountains as we often do.

    Great value for the money!

Easy to set up, works great for a family of 4 who wants more space. No issues so far and is a good value for the money.

    VERY RAINPROOF

Tent has a small hole at bottom corner, on a seam. We are a little disappointed that there is no eport on this tent. It is very rainproof. We had a very bad rain storm and absolutely no water in the tent.

Perfect for our family of 3 and 2 dogs

recently went camping with this tent. Assembly and teardown were straightforward and instructions are sewn in so no need having to worry about losing a paper. The front porch area was great to catch a lot of the dirt so the sleeping area was clean. Lots of room for 3 people and 2 dogs to stretch out even with toys for my son. Definitely recommend.

    Very roomy

Lots of room, most importantly it keeps rain and bugs out. Like most tents air flow is dependent on wind.

    Very nice summer tent

Its a nice tent, especially for warmer weather. One thing to note is that we had some water in the screened in part when it rained, but not inside the tent itself. We have enjoyed this tent. And I would recommend it to someone.

Overall a great tent for the money

Easy to set up. Tent worked great it rained for two days on our trip inside of tent stayed dry but screened in porch got water. Improvement would be to have a flap which extended beyond the screen part, sides and front.
