A slight problem with the ordering process at first but after the fix up the item arrived as promised, all parts were there and it didn't take all day to put together! It looks great in my den and the heat puts out better than I expected. Great relaxing ambience. Just wish it came with a remote.
Bought this as a Christmas gift for my dad. I have never seen him smile so big! He's wished our house had a fireplace forever and now it does. Kept him occupied for a while putting it together. Looks beautiful and works well.
I ordered this product on Saturday and was delivered on Tuesday which was pretty quick. The overall packaging was great considering it weighed 117 lbs. It was easy to assemble with Very Detailed Instructions on how to put it all together step by step with photo guides. The heat can heat a medium sized room pretty quickly for the size of the electric fireplace. It is a really nice product for the price, which was pretty affordable.
