I am a single mom, and i put this thing together all by myself!!!! the only down fall it didnt come with instructions. But nothign google cant take care of. Took me little over 2 hrs but i would do it all over again very pretty and keep me and my son warm on these cold nights!!!!! thank you.
Looks great not a scratch on it, took me about 2 hours to put it together by myself, no issues with missing pieces or hardware, hinges are easy to adjust so the doors fit perfect.
Very nice looking! Delivery was fast and the box was not damaged when I got it but.... there are two large marks in the wood and marks in the wood near the fireplace. If it wasn't such a pain I'd pack it up and return it because the marks are noticible. Minus the marks it's great for the price.
This turned out to be a nice looking addition to our t.v. room. It arrived with the edges of the door panels scratched up a little and the doors don't line up perfect but, it is well made and looks good. The heater heats up as soon as you turn it on. Assembly was straightforward and pretty easy.

Purchased this for my mother for Christmas. I ordered it too late to arrive on time but it still arrived pretty fast (arrived 4 days after Christmas). It was an incredibly heavy box so be ready for that. Set-up was pretty complicated but still not all too bad.
The stand is very sturdy and had a family premium feel to it. The heater pumps out a good amount of heat, at least for a relatively small room. If you have a huge living room don't expect this to keep it toasty, but it definitely makes an impact.

I am so glad I took a chance and ordered this item! Took me almost 3 hours,but the hardest, physical part for this lady was getting the box opened. Packaged well, no damage to any piece. Every hole lined up nicely, all hardware was included with a few extra pieces (thank goodness because I lost one of the gazillion pieces included). No actual written instructions but the pictures/descriptions of the pieces needed and where to put them was more then adequate. I did use a small power drill to assist but I would have been fine with just the philips screwdriver. Fireplace works well, heat kicks on great, and it looks fabulous.
I bought this as a gift, and have since seen it in action, and it's pretty much perfect. It's able to hold a VERY heavy plasma screen tv, so that's great! The storage space is the perfect size for dvd's, books or nick-nacks. The fire place looks awesome and creates a nice ambiance, and the heater works well, pumping out some serious heat. Being able to turn on the fire but leave the heat off is a great feature. I'd say it's worth every penny.
