I have 4 children and I have assembled many, many, beds for them through the years. I put this bed up in just a couple hours by myself with plenty of distractions bouncing around. I have purchased beds from the same company before and they didnt seem this solid. The brackets supporting the slats were much easier to pop on this bed, whereas the last product I put together, I needed my husband to help me. The instructions were simple to follow. I did have a bit of trouble with the ladder, but using an old belt, I managed to pull to ladder over a tidge so the holes would line up and I could put the bolt in. I am absolutely in love with this bed, as are my children.
Got this for my 6 yr old, she love the slide and the storage are below. We did put the slide rails upside down and the ladder was a bit tough, but it was well worth the effort.
This bed was a hit for my 4 year old daughter, except for when she first slid down she hurt her feet and her butt on the end of the slide. Its so slippery so she went really fast and ran into the wall. The end of the slide has a gap between the floor and slide so it hurt when she went to the floor and it scraped her butt. I fixed it by putting a pillow in front, and putting a tarp in between the floor and slide so there wouldnt be a gap. The bed is sturdy enough for me to get in it, I had to the first night because she is a little afraid of heights even though its not too high off the ground. I also slid down the slide and Im almost 150 lbs. I wouldnt recommend that adults play on it because even though it will hold you, its not that sturdy. Youll see when putting the rods in that its meant for young kids. My daughter now loves her bed, she has lights underneath and a cool sitting area. I love playing under there with her.
One of the parts came damaged, the box was damaged too. I contacted the customer service and hope they get back to me soon. Its a sturdy bed. My husband is a very handy guy but it still took 1 hour and half to finish the bed. Make sure you inspect every parts (there are many in one box!)

Everything is awesome about this bed but its a bit short, but I highly recommend it for the price, sturdyness, quality, and easy assemble.
