Our grandson LOVES it! Best birthday gift ever. He lives the slide and we bought a Spiderman tent like surround for it and he loves his little cave too.
Update: 6 months in, my kid came and told me the screws came out!! I didnt believe him in the beginning but I checked all the screws, they are all loose! Scary What would happen if I didnt check and it collapsed on my little one??!!?? Looking for new beds for them now.
Original post: The kids were very excited about the bed. It arrived a day early which was great. The assembles were not complicated. There are some unclear instructions but we completed it. I did majority of the work by myself. If there were 2 people, will make it very simple. Bed came out very nice. Some chemical smell but disappeared quickly.
Got the support board under the mattress make the bed more comfortable because the slatss gap are quite wide.
There is a design flaws, the ladder that screwed with the top bunk. Next day when I check the bed, theres a big crack from the screw. My guess was my cry sleeper son moves so much at night and accidentally push the ladder outward and cause the crack. Now we are left with the cracked brand new bed. We are trying to find the solution right now. Such a bummer.
Its. alright. We had to take the slide off as atm we dont have enough space to handle how fast she goes down it. One the room is redone we will put it back.it is now getting a little squeaky but that is because as time goes on with all the wiggling my child does on it the screws loosen a bit. Not enough to be dangerous, just the normal wear and tear. I remember having my dad do this on occasion when I had a bunk.
The color is not white its more of a cream. Keep that in mind
Make sure you have enough space to spread out all the parts to build this. I tried to start in just a small area and ended up moving everything out so I can see the parts I needed.
Be aware of how long the slide is you will need to make sure to have extra room so your kid doesnt run into a wall/furniture as they go down.
Ladder is thin bars be aware that footie pjs may be slippery. I added some grip to them as my kids footie pjs were too slippers
There isnt e ought room for a thick mattress and if your kid likes to roll around id def add some pool noodles to the sides as hitting the metal hurts
My kid weighs 40 I know it says it can hold up to waaaay significantly more than that but I would say to be careful if you have to climb in at bed time and make sure to routinely tighten screws more

Good buy!
Love this!
Great option
We love this bed. It is cheaper than a Walmart bunk bed, sturdier, more attractive and multifunctional. Kids love the slide.
Really want to like it! Frame broke after a day!!
