I like the bed, my girls do too. Problem is the shipped it without enough bolts. So I could not finish the top rail. No its a hard. Not a big deal, but, I sent an email to the customer service and havent received a reply.
Edit / customer service contacted me and sent me the parts within about a week of this post
One of the pieces came broken but my husband was still able to make it work and got three bed put together. Very nice and cute bed, just wish the top bunk was a little higher. I find it to be a little low for my liking.

Looks nice, kids love it, and it went together pretty easy.
Dislike:
The way the side guard goes on the top bed feels pretty flimsy, and I fear if its leaned on too hard, it will snap off.
I was on the hunt for a bunk bed for my four year old and my one, almost two, year old. Due to their small room, we knew we really needed a bunk bed but I was nervous about the height of regular ones as this is my toddlers first bed. I honestly feel like this was a great (and maybe the only) solution! My four year old loves sleeping on the top and once we transition my toddler, he will only be a few inches off the ground. It looks really cute and fits great in their small room.
It feels pretty sturdy and I liked that it was all wood. Ive climbed up with my daughter (Im 122 lbs for reference) and felt comfortable and secure. The weakest part seems to be the wood piece that runs along the top ladder side so weve told my daughter not to hang on it or use it to help her climb up. May be a way to easily reinforce that piece. Time will tell how it holds up!
It did have a mild paint smell when it arrived, but I would expect that of anything painted. Its airing out nicely.
There isnt a ton of head clearance on the bottom so we are having to teach my son to be aware of that. But thats the price of having it be lower! We bought a six inch mattress for the bottom (the Costco Juniper mattress which someone else recommended on here), and were using my daughters 10 inch on top. Because shes not a roller, I feel ok with that, but if I was purchasing a new one I wouldve went with a 6 or 8 inch for the top as well. Fits regular twin mattresses.
On the shipping experience.it was awful and we actually had to send it back and reorder the same bunk bed through the and site. The box from came looking like a shark attacked it. Driver left it in the driveway where I couldnt get it into the house, so I was left with a box that was open on one end, had multiple holes and was stuck outside until my husband got home. We opened it up to find multiple dents on various bunk bed pieces that were significant enough we needed to return it. Process was pretty smooth, though it was hard coordinating pick/up. All that said, Im a little bit skeptical of ordering big furniture now via .
Minus the negative shipping experience, this is a great space saving solution that works for little ones and is fun for them. If it holds up well, Ill be happy!
I like it and my little boy likes it. Hes six. The only issue is the slide is extremely slippery. (I know thats the point, but he fell off it several times because of how slippery it is.) The height is good. My little boy is also autistic, so hes got little quirks and heights is one of them. I can fit underneath the bed sitting down to read to him and things. Enjoy this bed. Nice addition to his room. I was nervous at first because i didnt think it would be high enough off the ground for him to enjoy, but he likes it.

The slides kinda long so youll have to figure out how to make more space.
