Trampoline is just right. We required a replacement part, and their service was fast and the part is available and being sent. Trampoline is fun, sturdy, and safe.
This is a great trampoline! Assembly instructions werent easy to follow, but with some youtube videos we got it up with ease! I had an issue and contacted the seller, they were extremely quick at solving the issue and made it right. I would recommend this trampoline and company to everyone!
We have had this product for a little over a week and I the kids have used it every day no matter how hot it is. They have been learning tricks, improving their balance and just having a great time. I have no idea how many games they have invented or ways they have used it in just a week. I only wish we had one sooner.
Because we live in Tornado alley, we used big sandbags to hold it down for seasonal wind and it seems to be working. Exactly what I was looking for
