We received the futon 2 days early / packaging was sufficient / and found it reasonably easy to assemble. The assembled product looks good and feels sturdy/solid. It is very firm but a layer of foam helps a great deal.
It was seemingly a very good buy though we have no experience with its durabiliry. Very nice quality and looks nice.
Got this in lieu of a blue velvet couch when w*yfair effed me over Im so glad I did. Great futon, great couch. Comfortable, sturdy able to be assembled in 5 minutes by 1 person Worth every penny.
The couch is pretty comfy its long enough for my 63 husband to lay on. There was a small scratch on the couch out of the box but I contacted a service rep and they fixed my problem right away. Great couch. Loving it so far!
I really liked the look of the futton, perfect for a masculine office couch. I do recommend some throw pillows if you like to lounge and it is pretty firm. Super easy assembly. Overall very happy with the futton. Me likey!

Had a little tear on arrival on one of the arms but consider the condition the box came in, Id say that was from UPS rather than the seller. It was 3 days late for some mysterious weather delays. Must of been a tornado since the box was ripped enough I could see the couch inside.
The couch itself is perfect for what I need. I love the color and the velvety/ness of it. Its comfy to sit on. Im not about laying on. I dont reallly need it for that though. Looks good in my office. Easy enough to put together. Some of the screws came out of the bag and were hard to find. Well blame that on UPS too. Overall satisfied so far. Ill update if anything changes. Its an okay buy
Item arrived early in a large box containing 2 pieces. Instructions and legs were zippered inside the bottom. So easy to put together. It took us literally 5 to 10 minutes. Its comfortable and very modern stylish looking.
Reviews were accurate influenced my decision to purchase. We bought the 84 deluxe its perfect for our small area. Glad we didnt purchase the smaller one. Recommend purchase. Do not buy it you will regret it
This item arrived promptly, was very easy to assmeble and is very comfortable. I ordered the 84 inch version since we are all over 62. I was sent the 71. Did not realize it until the box had been torn apart and the furniture assembled. (We are fficient in our cardboard recycling. Contacting Gilman for replacement process. Will update with a 5 if it is a 5 experience. I would be returning

This couch is surprisingly welly constructed for the money. It has exceeded my expectations. Seems very sturdy. You wont be dissatisfied
