I like the idea of a chair/bed because I have a small living space and the chair itself, is perfect. However, assembly is a nightmare! Unit arrived in 3 boxes and not all at once. Had to wait for third box in order to assemble as it contained all hardware and crucial pieces. Also, was missing 8 screws that hold pullout together with main chair. Text company and was told it wpuld probably be quicker to go to hardware store to get them. They offered 10 off purchase if I bought the missing screws. I accepted. Would buy again and recommend to others, with a warning.
The chair is honestly not very comfortable to sit in, its really stiff even with a memory foam pad on it. When its reclined its slightly more comfortable if you have a lot of pillows. The assembly was not as easy as it shouldve been, as mine came with a bent frame and two holes where screws wouldnt go in because they were filled with stuff (I think cotton). But all of this is only enough to knock off one star because its honestly the coolest chair with how it so easily converts between several different ways to sit or lay. The ottoman part is way more plush than the chair part too for some reason.
Id been looking for chairs to match my decor now the search is over! I ordered 2 they are far more than chairs so far have lived up to its description. Believe the hype, they are all of that!!! Love, love, love them so does everybody who has seen them! Entire experience was pleasant. Im a happy customer! Thanks
Bought 2 and both were messed up. 1 had no holes drilled on the arm and the other had a foot stool that was crooked and the pad wouldnt fit back into place. They both smelled like mildew. Only able to email for customer service. Hopefully someone will respond very disappointed, these were not cheap for the poor construction.
Decent chair but it should be no more than 50 bucks. Cheaply made. Doesnt feel high quality. And I think within a few months the cushions will be flatdefinitely a chair that will only be good for a year or less.
I just received as a gift. The arm holes do not match up with the frame holes. I am not sure how the rest is, why go any farther if I need to return it
UPDATE. I was sent new arms and all but one hole lined up. This chair looks good in my living room. My guess refused to sleep on it because it was that uncomfortable. She slept on my old broken down uncomfortable couch. As a chair it has s very uncomfortable, hard no cushion to it. My dog wont even lay on it. So now I have a big dust collector
Bigger than expected, but I love it. Its a perfect reading nook, perfect for the cats, and perfect for extra single guests. This chair is pretty large, I can squeeze another butt next to me while sitting in it. The bed is very sturdy and long. I am 160lbs and 511 I researched a lot of sleeper chairs and couches and this was the best bang for the buck. Happy.

The rest of our furniture was late. We were able to assemble these and comfortably sleep on them.
