Putting it together was easy, general quality was good. I even slept there for a few days and it took me without a stress so this will work perfect for my toddler boy.
Drawers are nice, railings are plastic but run surprisingly smooth. They are the most complicated part of the build.

I bought my son a loft bed with a slide for him to transition from crib to bed. However, after assembling the bed I started having mommy anxiety, all I could picture was him standing up and falling out in the night so I disassembled the bed and put it in the basement. I was left with a mattress on the floor. I wanted an inexpensive bed frame that would get me through the pre/loft bed years. I am so glad I chose this bed, it more than fits the bill, for the money it is awesome. I will warn you that it is super heavy (Im sure the poor Fed/Ex man that delivered it will cringe when he sees another package with my address on it), I had to remove the packaging and carry it upstairs piece by piece in order to get it in my house. So plan ahead for lifting assistance. The directions recommend 2 people but I accomplished it by myself without much difficulty (all with 2 toddlers running around) so trust me its not difficult. Its not super heavy duty and Im sure it wont stand up to tons of abuse (the drawers are a little flimsy) but for 114 and free shipping you really cant go wrong. Its a good bed for the money, if your looking for a family heirloom piece look elsewhere and spend a lot more money otherwise this is the bed for you Style and purpose
I got this for my son. Looks great and seems sturdy. Easy instructions and to assemble. The drawers took the longest to assemble. Great price. Thank God for free shipping. The shipping cost was going to be 10 less than the cost of the bed. I would order this again if I needed another bed. Decent for the price
Love this bed ! Looks great sturdy my 2,3 years olds and my self can be one it with no issues(Im not a size 5 more like an 18) however I do not jump on it as my 3 yr old would like lol . The finish is nice my guy put it together in probably 2 hrs then like an additional 15 minutes to put the drawers together a few days down the road . My kids love it and it far exceeded my expectations I think he will have this for a long time and I love the space it saves with the drawers an amazing!!! I will say the other reviews that said it comes in one package and is unnaturally heavy are absolutely 100 true! The box was so heavy my guy couldnt get it up on his shoulder which Ive never seen happen for him it took everything in me to move it from the front porch to just enough inside my house to shut the door ! It was just crazy heavy! The reason I have it 4 not 5 stars is because there are some sharp edges on this bed and if you happen to scrape you shin or say the back of your heal ( no idea how I did this ) I promise you will be in agonizing pain like throw stuff scream obscenities ( which I did not thank you but soo wanted to ) then it was sore for a week and then became a scab ! Crazy painful ! That being said still a 4 cause its sturdy, nice looking, my kids have not hurt themselves, and I fricken know better now and am super careful of the edges of death ! Buy this bed it rocks ! Comfortable and high quality!
I read the reviews before my purchase and was afraid it would take all weekend to put together. I was surprised when it only took 30 minutes. The bed is sturdy enough as the reviews also scared me. The drawers hold all of my husbands clothing items. They are roomy. The finish on the bed looks great. For the money, this is an awesome buy. I recommend it with the best price memory foam mattress, 10 in We fight over who gets to chill on this bed. Lovely for the price
