Left side of chair is loose and wiggly

Assembly directions were hidden in the mechanism in the bottom of the chair. You need to be mechanically inclined to assemble. very sturdy and stylish

A chair the elderly can live in

My wife, at age 86, practically lives in a recliner chair. It is her TY/viewing platform during the day and her bed at night. The one I purchased a year ago (another brand) has worked very well for her, but I felt the need to have a back/up in case her chair had a problem. Also I wanted a full recliner to facilitate her sleep. The new chair works great and she has adapted nicely to it. The old chair is now in another room where she can watch a wide screen TV and keep track of the birds in the feeder outside the window. So far the new chair has worked very well. She doesnt use some of the features but they are there in case she wants them. It is sturdy and looks beautiful

    Excellent for surgical recovery

This recliner is an outstanding value. It doesnt cost much more to buy than it would have cost to rent a similar recliner for the six weeks I need it, and especially during Covid, its definitely a plus to know that its brand new. I did an awful lot of research before buying it, and it worked out really well. For me, it has been a godsend to keep me sleeping on my back as my doctor requires. The two motors (a must in my book for increased adjustability) work smoothly and remarkably quietly. (Note that as of when I ordered it, only the leather models have two motors; the cloth ones have the back and footrest/lift work in tandem on one motor.) We put a twin/size comforter on top of it to improve on the leathers breathability, folding the top over the seat back and clipping it together on the sides to keep it in place. I would encourage the manufacturer to create a larger and taller model. I am 57 and thin, and its just right for me/maybe even a little short. My feet reach the end of the footrest, and the middle of my head is almost at the top of the seat back. I was happy that it wasnt too wide to fit in the corner of my bedroom, but others should check the measurements to make sure the size is ok for them. The only issue we had was with the delivery: The carrier dropped the huge box on the sidewalk, at the foot of the 8 steps leading to our front door. We were patiently awaiting the delivery, but they didnt even ring the bell. By the time we got the email that it had been delivered, the delivery truck was long gone, and my poor BF was stuck wrestling the heavy box up the stairs. Assembly was easy for him, but hes pretty handy. It took a bit of looking for the power supply, which I think was taped into the underside of the recliner. I should also mention that given the recliners medical/utilitarian nature, I was prepared for it to be really cheesy looking, but I was pleasantly surprised. It is a perfectly inoffensive black leather recliner. Id intended to sell it after my recovery, but it has earned a permanent place in our home. I love it.

    Good Buy

I dont think the seat is as deep as we would have liked. It might just need to be broken a little. Very nice. It isnt for wide people. Size wise it is perfect for my dad who is 165 lbs and 511. It looks nice

    Just what my mom needed

The chair was for my 90 year old mom. The chair arrived at my moms several days before expected which was stressful for a bit since I live some distance away but a neighbor of her helped get the two boxes into her house. A few days later my grandson and I went there to put it together. At first we thought there were no directions to put it together and it was obvious we were missing a piece but as we moved things around trying to figure it out, a piece of paper fell out of the bottom of the chair and we found that the missing part was securely attached to the base of the chair. After that, we got it together without a problem. It looks nice in her room and she says it is comfortable. It took her a few days to get comfortable with the two remotes. She really likes that she doesnt have to recline when she raise the leg support. So, at this moment, all is well. I did buy the extended warranty but hopefully will not have to use it. I Would definitely buy again

Need a little help getting up.

Great lift chair. The motors are very quite. The only complaint I have is that the foot rest doesnt raise enough for me. I am 511 and weigh 260 pounds and the chair will put me on my feet. The leather is a very good and I expect it to last. Overall, great value for the price.

    The ultimate Sleep Chair

Medical issues require that I sleep in the recliner. This one allows me to recline to a full 180 degrees. The foot adjustment is completely separate from the back adjustment, so the combinations are infinite. Quality is excellent. I am very pleased. Seller was smooth and seamless. Arrived in a matter of days. This product was just what I needed
