Delivery was easy and the couch fit exactly as planned. Within two months, the right arm started to become very loose. A little over a year later, the middle section was completely sagged and without suspension. Sitting on this section felt like squatting on the floor. The sides remained intact, however. I had to buy support slats to remedy the issue, and if this happened in a little over a year in a two person household, I don't assume that the piece will last much longer into the future. For over $800, I'm sure I would have been better served with a different piece of furniture, and something I could have tried in person. My couch previous to this lasted over ten years without a sagging issue. I would not recommend this couch at all.

A comfortable couch is extremely important to me as I spend a lot of time on my couch, more so now in the pandemic. Also it was important to me that the seat depth was not too shallow/narrow, as I hate the feeling of not being able to sink into a couch.
I can confidently say I love this couch. It is very comfortable (I have fallen asleep on it more times than I can count). The seat depth is not too deep and not too shallow, and I love how many different ways I can sprawl on it. Its held up well to lots of usage and even some cat claws and spills (although I did Scotchgard it thoroughly which I recommend).
The downsides: this couch is shockingly light so sometimes when I plop down on it, it moves slightly (front legs are on a rug but back legs are on wood floor). Sitting upright on the sectional part for longer than 15 minutes is not very comfortable for some reason.
Conclusion: buy it! Its great value and very comfortable and holds up well (so far).

The quality is amazing:
1. Linen white fabric is easy to clean and it's soft to touch.
2. The sofa is durable and holds me and my husband well.
3. The pillow covers are removable and washable ( we already spilled beer on it and washed it without issue)
4. Price is surprisingly low for this quality of the sofa.
We are thinking to get the long couch from same collection.
The comfort is ok, pretty firm, but not unbearable. The size and shape are right on par. My biggest grievance is that the linen color is much closer to a light grey. It is a very cool tone color and I was hoping for a warmer color, like the picture depicted.
When I bought this couch, I didn't expect much for a couch under $900. But when the couch came and everything was unwrapped, it was surprisingly good quality, craftsmanship and most importantly - very comfortable! It looks exactly like the photo.
FIRST THINGS FIRST - this couch is HEAVY, over 200lbs easily - AND DOES NOT get shipped in separate boxes, it comes FULLY ASSEMBLED in a giant 7' long x 3' wide box. It took me about 45 minutes to slowly haul it into my house by myself, up stairs and turning a bunch of corners. I do weight lifting and I still struggled with this beast. If you are a smaller person, I suggest you pay a bit more for the In-House delivery option where they carry it in your house and unbox and unwrap everything for you, or have a friend help you haul it in.
ANYWAYS, when I got it inside the house, the first thing I noticed was how sturdy and durable it was built. I looked underneath and inside the couch and there was a lot of wood framing inside, most of which is redundant. But that's a good thing because it means it's well built. Stitching of the fabric is of very good quality. No flaws whatsoever to the naked eye.
OVERALL, this is a very good couch for the price. I would even go as far as say that this is comparable and can easily compete with those luxury and high end furniture brands like Crate n Barrel and West Elm.
The receiving part to screw the legs in doesnt work on two of the legs.
The material is cheap and shiny.
I would expect to pay about $600 for some thing of this quality, so its also ridiculously overpriced. Dont buy this couch.

Color is off
