This product was comfortable enough upon purchase and delivery. I was wary about buying a piece of furniture that I didn't touch and feel before purchase. Delivery was easy and the couch fit exactly as planned. Within two months, the right arm started to become very loose. A little over a year later, the middle section was completely sagged and without suspension. Sitting on this section felt like squatting on the floor. The sides remained intact, however. I had to buy support slats to remedy the issue, and if this happened in a little over a year in a two person household, I don't assume that the piece will last much longer into the future. For over $800, I'm sure I would have been better served with a different piece of furniture, and something I could have tried in person. My couch previous to this lasted over ten years without a sagging issue. I would not recommend this couch at all.
