This couch is great for our apartment. It fits in the smallish space and is perfect for the two of us. However, I wouldn't recommend it for those needing to seat more than two people. It gives great support and is very comfortable. It is also true that the ottoman cushion comes up when you sit in the chaise seat, but it isn't unbearable and can be solved by putting your legs up.
The only problem we had with the process of buying this couch was the delivery. The driver showed up solo to deliver this couch to our third floor apartment (no elevator mind you). I had to help him carry it up in the middle of my work day. So much for a contact-less delivery. He was very kind, but should never have been put in the position to deliver this couch by himself. The couch came almost completely assembled in one single box and weighed nearly 150 pounds. This would be huge issue if an elderly or disabled person ordered this couch, as the customer should not be expected to carry this big of a box to their apartment. Because the delivery wasn't properly handled, the box was busted up and there are some structural damages to the couch.
I don't want to persuade you out of buying this couch, as it is a very good couch. However, must do better. They must treat their deliverers better, and thereby their paying customers as well.
Great value for a chair and extremely comfortable with a small pillow. I am a big guy and can sit in it perfectly.
Be careful taking the chair out of the box, the legs for the chair are hiding under the chair and a red string needs to be cut off before pulling out the chair from the box and can rip the black cloth on the underside of the chair.
This couch is perfect for smaller apartment spaces. Its cozy, easy to assemble, easy to clean and provides a nice modern look while not being incredibly expensive. My only issue is the sectional piece dips a little on the back end so I usually just use a secondary pillow to support my back when sitting on it. Otherwise I would highly recommend.
This chair is beautiful and comfy! The color is exactly what is pictured and the fabric is very soft. One leg is a little crooked but its not very noticeable. Im just hoping it doesnt affect the longevity of the chair. Otherwise it seems very study and doesnt wobble when my husband (6 and 300 lbs) sits down.
This couch came they day promised (at 7:30 am on a Saturday, none the less). It is a beautiful color and the leather was soft and appeared of good quality. However, once I was getting the couch out of the box and removed the bottom cushions, there was a huge rip in the liner of the couch. Unfortunately, I will have to return it
It came assembled I love it and my dogs do too. So I do have to shampoo it and wash the cushions several times a week. But that was my choice to get a light couch with dogs.

Love the color but needs to be cleaned often
It came assembled I love it and my dogs do too. So I do have to shampoo it and wash the cushions several times a week. But that was my choice to get a light couch with dogs.
