I bought two of these chairs in the white/ cream color and we really love them. Quality is amazing for this price. Very easy to assemble - you just screw in the legs. The chair is bigger and more comfortable than it looks in the pictures. Very happy with these chairs. I might go back and buy one of the love seats.
I bought the sectional couch discounted as an Open Box deal and Im glad to say the experience was excellent! I had never bought large furniture on and I was worried that something would go wrong, but it was a smooth purchase.
About delivery:
The drivers called me twice, once to let me know itd be a half hour until delivery and second when they got here. We are currently in the pandemic so they couldnt come in but were nice enough to set it on my door frame which helped me so much just to slide it in. The box is huge but fits comfortably on its side through a standard door frame. I am not sure one person could move the box by itself much, I only attempted to slide it. I would say getting the box upstairs would be quite hard if you had to, probably easier to take it out of the box if so. The couch frame is VERY light and easy to move, though best fit for two people as its quite long.

About the couch:
Now the couch itself is perfectly simple to put together, it only needs its legs screwed on (no tools!) and the cushions put on. The frame is very light and easy to maneuver by yourself so moving it around doesnt have to be hell. I agree with another review where they pointed out that the reversible chaise rises a bit when you lay on it, its kind of a silly design there but overall not a huge problem for me. Velcro would probably do the job keeping it down as it only rises a bit.
The couch is long enough (66 or so) for most people to lay completely across if they want and the chaise is a comfortable length as well. I would say this might be more of a “small to medium sized living room kind of fit, only because its quite long across and may not work for a tiny space as much as a more compact couch that are usually a couple inches shorter.
I got the “heritage green color and its beautiful, a deep but muted green similar to hunter green. Not overly loud but still a deep color, perfect for a living room.
This couchs material is not the kind you sink into but definitely lay on top of. Its like a soft brushed twill with minimal give, sturdy but soft to the touch, very comfortable for a modern style. My dog has white fur that doesnt overall stick to the material either which is another pro.
Overall I love my purchase and had a great experience through ! I will add for the thrifty - as an opened box purchase (marked as Very Good condition), the couch arrived in PERFECT brand new condition and the discount was more than 50% off! If you love this couch, I recommend going for it!
The couch came in one large box. Took less than 5 mins to assemble. Color is nice, matches pictures. The cloth is not perfectly smooth but has a slight texture which makes it nice and sturdy.
I cant talk more highly of this chair as far as set up process goes and comfort level! I literally got it in today and it took less than 10 minutes to set up. The cushions are really comfortable the fabric is really soft and in my opinion it was totally worth the money. If I remember I will try to update after a few months of wear but I am obsessed with it and it was definitely one of the cheaper chairs I could find in this material, color, and style.

Got the sofa and the loveseat in denim several days ago. Its not real denim but denim color. Regardless these are well made and sturdy (as long as you screw in the legs tightly). Firm to medium supportive cushions easy to lay on and lounge. The other good reviews for this furniture set are accurate. Zero regrets, other than having to take delivery in a pandemic and having to move them into the house myself. Click buy.
