    my girls love it

upon arrival I was worried. however the bed arrived with all it parts and no real dents or scratches. packaged well the bed went up pretty easily once we got started. took 2 ppl. my personal tip, all the stickers go facing in tword the center of the bed. there was 2 minor hiccups putting it together where we put on a peice backwards. thankfully we was able to easily correct it. once the bed was together I was so happy. couldnt have looked more perfect. i do wish that the top rail felt more solid. it does wiggle a bit. as a parent u tend to worry about these things but I think it will be OK. also I would have liked a few more wood slats. not too much of an issue but we have 5 inch mattresses and myself climbing on top allowed my knee to find its way between one of the slots. if it was a thicker matress Im wlsure it would have been perfect and my 7 yr old doesnt seem to have any issues with that. lastly it does creak just a bit. not enough to bother me though. all in all we love this bed and it was perfect for our needs. the value is good and worth the price paid. Very well made.

    Perfect for little ones

Bought these for when the grandbabies come to visit. Didnt take long at all to put together but had to use longer screws. The only drawback is that this is made of soft wood. It dents easily. But it very sturdy. Overall good.

    Terrible frustrating assembly project

Im good at putting things together, including these furniture in a box. This was one of the hardest and frustrating to assemble. This item is good! Satisfied.

    Ok

Very hard to put together. Took five hours to put together. The wood was chipped and not that great looking. But over all is good for the value of money This was a nightmare to assemble.

    Adorable bunk bed

We ordered this bunk bed for our two daughters ages 5 and 3. Its adorable and weve been happy with it so far. The height is perfect / we dont need to worry about falls from too great a height. The top bunk rail is a little wobbly but doesnt seem to be at risk of coming out. Otherwise the bed is nice and sturdy. Well made and packaged.

The instructions are not the best! But very nice bed.

I got this bunk bed for my girls. Its a very nice bed. The only complaint that I have is the instructions. It would be better if they put words with the picture instructions. I put the bed together myself. It took me about 1 hour and 1/2. Good quality.

    Frustrated!

Received this bunkbed a week ago. Put it together the same day. Its been a week and it still has a very strong chemical odor despite being low VOC. I havent allowed my kids in the room since the smell is so strong it fills the room. I understand gassing off furniture but how long should I gas off this bunkbed. I leave my kids bedroom window opened for hours a day as long as possible and sometimes over night with a fan and still the chemical smell is very strong. I also did not receive all items as described in the Feature and Details section. I should have received solid pine slats with bunkbed order. Instead I received plywood slats. Yesterday I sent a question to the seller on why I received plywood and not solid pine slats. I received no response. Yet overnight the Feature and Details section slyly changed from Solid Pine Slats to Wood Slats. How shady is that? So Sneaky! I received no response or explanation from the seller answering my question. I have a screen shot of the original advertised Feature and Details and the website stating that Solid Pines Slats come with this bed. Today I contacted customer service who contacted the manufacturer and was told they switch over to plywood slats for durability. I was told to send an email to the manufacture wood furniture and that they would send me solid pine slats as advertised. I hoping they honor what was originally advertised. I am not trying to make a big fuss about this but I would like what I paid for the Solid Pine Slats. I researched for weeks before deciding on purchasing this bed. I do not want these plywood slats they are poorly glued together and flaking dust from the weird brown stains on the wood, also most plywoods are glued together with urea formaldehyde. Solid Pine Wood is what attracted me to this bunkbed to begin with. Sad, is this false advertisement? I took a big risk on this order the most expensive item I ever ordered on and now I am truly dissapointed.
