Steel garden bench was delivered on time but there was no instruction manual and hardware in the box. I called the seller and they send nuts and bolts but no instruction manual. I am disappointed with the whole situation.
The bench is poorly made. I had a few end cap pieces come broken, I emailed customer support, and no one got back to me. Its a decent bench, but not worth 160.00.
This bench is sturdy, easy to install, it came with really good wrapping and still had scratches. I kept it because it’s just for my porch. Overall I do like the bench.
Great but of course a piece was chipped off during shipping. Not much protection...a tiny bit of bubble wrap in a cardboard box. I think even styrofoam. But yet the box arrived punctured as heck. Husband bought some fancy but cheap glue, end of story. Still, I would rather pick up at a store than have this thing delivered. Nice and heavy too. Looks great once it is assembled. Cant speak on its durability since I just got it. Just being honest.

cosy addition
it was the perfect size for our patio. It did rust a bit, but I sprayed it with Rustoleum and it is fine now.
Good value
Time will tell to see how well it holds up to the elements. For now though, with the way it went together and looks, we are very pleased

feels good to sit on. i added a pillow for comfort. it might be built too light for a heavy person.

Nice decorative bench
