Fast delivery, easy assembly as long as read instructions well, nice design, good packaging, good for storage, super nice size!
Cons:
If you have a heavy handed boyfriend who puts it together you may end up with a minor gash, however it is on the bottom so not noticeable! Not as sturdy, mainly just don’t put anything OVER 10 pounds on the piece that glides open. The shelves are little bit smaller than expected. However if you don’t want shelves, you can easily take the inner piece out!
Anyways a solid 8/10!! Very happy!
Love this table but one of the legs fits poorly. If you knock the table just right, the leg falls off and and everything slides off. I emailed the company for a replacement an haven’t heard back. It has been 2 months already.
Honestly it was not that difficult to put together. As someone who has put together a lot of furniture, this was actually among the easier to follow instructions. To be fair, there are quite a few details to keep track of, but its not difficult, just double check that you have the right pieces.
As for the table lift, make sure to tighten the bolts on the hydraulic life REALLY WELL. This was the only thing that wasnt clear in the instructions. As long as you do that, this is a beautiful piece of furniture!
Im no stranger to self-assembly. The piece is technically easy to assemble, but any misalignment or screw going in at the wrong angle could lead to gaps/tightness between the lift top and the fixed portion of the table. Mine ended up being just barely overlapped with the fixed portion, so I had to nudge it aside to make sure it set flush when not in use. I also do have to say that the legs are barely attached to the bottom panel due to the design and thinness of this panel. There are metal anchors the legs bolt into and dowels to reinforce, but they are very shallow and easily crack the bottom panel, so please be careful when moving the table. Overall, however, the finish and look of this table is brilliant and I would recommend it with those few considerations. Probably not the best table for super heavy usage, but I had no issue with daily, light use in my single person, no child home.

I love this furniture as I needed a new workspace for my online teaching job and this fits the bill. I was impatient to put it together as my husband was involved in something else. Needless to say, it is pretty and sturdy and quite difficult to put together. My impatience had to wait for my hubby to have some free time and, as handy as he is, he had a difficult time as well. The instructions are somewhat vague and the hinges that open the top part were very difficult to align with the screws they had to attach to. My MacGuyver figured it out and it is now sitting beautifully in my family room, but not without a few sore muscles on both our parts.
Ive assembled many pieces of furniture and had to write a review to commend the makers on the excellent instructions. Theyre very thorough and clear and made for an easy experience. The coffee table itself is beautiful and so useful with the lift top. Highly recommend!
