I like it is easy to use. However, once u want to switch to steam it took me so much time to use it or the worst scenario have to turn off and on again.
I love this little machine so much and it seems to be made pretty well. It doesnt feel cheap. I gave easy to use 3 starts because it took a little while to get the hang of it even though Ive used a manual espresso machine in a coffee shop in the past. The directions in the booklet are a little wonky but I watched a tutorial on YouTube. Always pull the shots before steaming the milk/soy milk/etc. then after you steam, clean everything and turn the machine off because it becomes too hot to pull shots after that so it needs to cool off for around 10min
I use this when I go camping. I LOVE IT! I use my kettle to boil the water and I use a k/cup. Easy Peasy. I did try it once before I went camping so I knew how it worked but it wasnt difficult.
