This scooter meets all of my expectation. It was easy to assemble, charged fast, and I was driving it the same day it arrived. The price was affordable, and when I compared it to the exact same scooter through my health plan, this was the better deal. Although I exceed the weight limit recommendation, it moved my fat butt around easily. I was able to go grocery shopping easily and it moves really fast on the open sidewalk. It has taken about two days of driving before it needed a charge. Next weekend Ill be going to Six Flags to spend the day and it should hold up fine. I going to take my charger with me just in case I need to plug it in for a quick charge, but I doubt Ill need it. This scooter is a quality product and should meet most needs fr people who need assistance.
Bought this product in February and still under warranty. Recently it would stop and shut off when going over a small bump like a threshold i.e wood flooring to carpet. Also a clicking noise could be heard in the read. Contacted the only service provider in the Baton Rouge and was told if I didnt buy from them, they would not service it. Contacted and they sent me a list a names to call, all physical therapy business that do not sale the product nor service it. Am still awaiting Drive Tech to contact me but so far no such luckseems warranty is non existent, unless you buy the product from a local medical business and pay twice the money. I gave two stars because when it is working properly, great product just hope you dont have mechanical issues!
Didnt work when I received it due to bad main computer board. Took a while to get it fixed, but was responsive and all work was done in/home. Once fixed, great scooter.

I initially was sent the wrong model, and they did send the correct model, but the wrong one is still sitting on my deck, and I have seen nothing yet of a return label to return their product to them. They do not seem to be very well organized. I hope their customer service is not reflected by this.

Great scooter for the money! Easy to assemble and the charge lasts a long time. The only down side I can see so far is that the knob that tightens the steering handle has to be re tightened at least once each time it is raised into position. When it loosens there are small metal shavings on the foot platform. Hopefully this wont be a problem later on.
