Bought this product in February and still under warranty. Recently it would stop and shut off when going over a small bump like a threshold i.e wood flooring to carpet. Also a clicking noise could be heard in the read. Contacted the only service provider in the Baton Rouge and was told if I didnt buy from them, they would not service it. Contacted and they sent me a list a names to call, all physical therapy business that do not sale the product nor service it. Am still awaiting Drive Tech to contact me but so far no such luckseems warranty is non existent, unless you buy the product from a local medical business and pay twice the money. I gave two stars because when it is working properly, great product just hope you dont have mechanical issues!
