I previously left a 3/star review not because of the product. It was a bit difficult to put together. The Allen wrench screw thing was a bit difficult. Try to have extras. Also try to have someone help you. Its difficult to do alone. After I finished, its really nice. Sturdy. I chose the loft bc I was trying to keep the kids bed tents.
I received a phone from a customer service rep. To offer condolences a small refund for the issues I had. Which was nice of them. I appreciate the call.

The manual is marked incorrectly with both numbers for parts and numbers of materials. We followed the manual then had to basically start over. Debating if we are going to keep it
I didnt like that when I received my order some parts of the bed was yellow someones foot print was on one of the woods doesnt come of looks like dried up mud most of the wood had scratches But over all it was real cute Im a bit disappointed.
I loved how it turned out but If it wasnt for the fact that my husband is a constractor that bed would have been put back into that box and shipped back. It was a frustration time consuming project it had not instructions and screws were missing. I felt like the consumer should have refunded me half of my money. I will think twice before ordering from them again. But on a happy note my granddaughter loves her new loft bed. youll be content
I had a few shopping issues, most likely due to corona, but the company gave me a partial refund for having to wait. They were super helpful and responded fast. The bed took about 30 minutes to put together with 5 people helping. Overall its a very nice bed perfect for a dorm room or bedroom. It looks pretty good.
We received this about a month ago. Still have not assembled it yet because it is still degassing. The chemical smell is terrible. I suggest degassing before assembling and letting your child sleep in it. If your child has breathing issues the odor of the wood will certainly trigger a reaction.
I am hoping in another week or two we can assemble it. So, that will make 6 weeks since we received it and allowing it to degas.
Update: It has now been close to three months since we received this bunk bed and we are still not able to put it together. the company contacted me and offered me a full refund since we still cannot put the bed together due to the odor. The customer service is great. I did ask them to address the varnish issue and conveyed the odor is so strong that it could trigger an asthmatic reaction in children who has asthma like my 5/year old. So, hopefully they will look into it. I gave it a four star rating due to the customer service. Im happy
My granddaughter loves her bed. I email you to let you know that one piece of the bed was cracked. I couldnt send you the pictures by replying to your email so here they are. Over all the bed was easy to assemble. The directions are easy to follow. Please let me know if you are able to replace this part. Thank you its very comfortable

Terrible Varnish Odor!
