Outer packaging was damaged, but the lack of any protection on the inside transferred all the damage to the cabinet. The cabinet functions well and was easy to set up.
Update: since the cabinet was still fully functional, I wasnt going to spend any time going after a refund. However, the company actually reached out to me after I posted my review and gave a partial refund. Bumped from two to four stars.
The lock on the cabinet was defective. The company immediately corrected the issue and sent a replacement. Excellent customer service. The replacement product was without defect. High quality product.

Good little table
Nice table for printer and other miscellaneous items to keep desk clear. A little pricey for what it is but so is everything these days
Follow the blueprint and dont be afraid to do it yourself.
