After attempting to screw in the parts as described in the directions and the screw refusing to go in, I had to go to a hardware store, where they informed me the screw holes in the bed frame all had bad threading and so I had to buy a drill and 2 other tools and rethread the holes myself before I could put together the frame. After wasting around $50 and hours of my time, I was then able to get the bed put together. Once put together, the bed is nice. However, if you arent a handyman with these power tools already on hand, then best to save your time and money and buy from a different company.

Upon arrival the package was missing 4 support legs. I emailed the seller and promptly got a reply and offer to send the missing parts. The parts arrived a couple days later. I gave 5 stars because of the great customer service! The bed is exactly as described and I am satisfied.
We bought two of these beds for our girls for their new room. It was easy for my husband to put together and seems pretty sturdy for a bed purchased off of . It doesn’t squeak or creak, doesn’t seem rickety either. There’s plenty of room underneath to allow for storage baskets or containers if you’re wanting to have those under the bed. I really think that it’s a decent bed and the price was really, really fair.
