I use this item in 2 places. One is by the couch when needed, Second it sits beside my adjustable bed. As I have hardwood floors I can move it forward and back along the floor as needed. As the adjustable bed changes when I raise the head. I needed a small table beside the bed for my flashlight and remotes.
Everything about the order went perfectly! Quick delivery, product was boxed nicely while protecting its contents, and the assembly was super easy! Its a really sturdy table thats perfectly for a laptop or Kindle. Also, I read a number of reviews complaining about the sharp edges to the plastic caps. Indeed, they are very sharp and will jab you in the leg if youre not careful sliding the table over your lap. My quick fix was to simply take a hammer and gently tap in the corners to dull those sharp points. Problem solved.
My boyfriend easily put them together. Great for hard wood, tile, laminate or vinyl plank floors. The screw in rubber glides on bottom of end table stand can be screwed in to what ever level makes the tray balanced. Our trays were off balance if rubber glides were screwed all the way in. The bottom of end table stand easily slides all the way under our couch to use end table as a TV tray or laptop table. Great additions to our modern living room design.
This is the sturdiest tv table we have owned. It can hold drinks and food without shaking or tipping over. I like that its not set for vertical way only like so many of these. My daughter uses it as a desk while sitting in the couch.
