My boyfriend easily put them together. Great for hard wood, tile, laminate or vinyl plank floors. The screw in rubber glides on bottom of end table stand can be screwed in to what ever level makes the tray balanced. Our trays were off balance if rubber glides were screwed all the way in. The bottom of end table stand easily slides all the way under our couch to use end table as a TV tray or laptop table. Great additions to our modern living room design.
